Last updated October 27, 2026. This policy covers the teamcal.us website (these pages and its contact form). Each team’s own TeamCal has its own privacy notice, linked from its sign-in page and user guide.
Who we are
TeamCal.us is owned and operated by knutts.com, which builds, hosts and looks after TeamCal + Dashboard, a team calendar and wall dashboard offered by invitation to teams in the United States. That is why the teamcal.us domain’s public registration record shows a knutts.com contact address. You can reach us with the contact form.
What the contact form keeps
- What you type: your name, email address, organization and team size (if you give them), the topic, and your message.
- Where it came from: the internet address and browser name it was sent from, to spot and block abuse.
Each message is saved in the website’s own database, which the web server will not serve to anyone, and emailed to us so we can reply. The internet addresses of recent form submissions are also counted for two days to limit spam.
How it is used
Only to read and answer your message, and, if you asked for an invitation, to talk with you about setting up TeamCal for your team. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell, rent or share your information.
How long it is kept
Messages are kept while they are useful for answering you or setting up your team, and then deleted. Ask us at any time to see or delete what you sent.
Cookies and tracking
These pages set no cookies and load nothing from other websites: the fonts, pictures and scripts all come from teamcal.us itself. There is no analytics, tracking pixel or advertising. The “go to my team” box on the sign-in page works in your browser: it only checks that the team address you typed exists, by asking that address for a tiny file, and sends nothing to us.
Security
Every page is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). The contact form’s database and settings sit in folders the web server refuses to serve.
Service providers
The website runs on a web hosting company’s servers, and messages are delivered to us by email. Those providers handle the data only to run the site and deliver the email.
Children
This website and TeamCal are for work teams and are not meant for children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
